In 2019, we participated in the Eugene Film Society’s 72-hour horror film competition. We were challenged to make a horror film that was less than three minutes in length within 72 hours. The movie needed to include a stuffed animal and the line "Loneliness can be a monster.” It was during a time when the new Hayward Field was being constructed, so we took advantage of that.
We won two awards! We won the “most overall appeal” award and the audience award. The story was difficult to tell in three minutes, so later an extended version was created to clear a few things up.

In 2023, we made a 3-minute movie for the Eugene Film Society’a 72-hour horror film contest. It was a lot of fun! Our movie was certainly unique, it was about Eugene and Springfield, and it covered a few current events.
